About
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of New York. I completed my masters in clinical psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University, and completed my doctorate at Long Island University, Brooklyn. I have worked with people of all ages in hospital, clinic, and school settings. My personal connection to this work was fostered by my family of teachers, doctors, and artists, with roots in New Jersey and New York City.
Alongside my therapy practice, I work as a staff psychologist at NYU Health + Hospitals / Bellevue, where I hold a faculty appointment in the NYU Grossman School of Medicine. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ community care. My theoretical orientation is psychodynamic, Jungian, and integrative of CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques. I am interested in liberatory, collaborative, and rights-based approaches to mental illness.
