I offer individual talk therapy for adults. I work with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, uncertainty, grief, relationships, career goals, identity questions, and life transitions. Sessions are held weekly or twice weekly in the Prospect Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. Telehealth is also available.

Do you offer in-person and virtual sessions?

Yes! Sessions are held in-person in the Prospect Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. The office is conveniently located at Grand Army Plaza (2, 3 subway trains and B41, B67, B69 buses). Virtual sessions are also available.

What happens during a first session?

During the first session, we will begin getting to know one another. We will discuss what brings you into therapy and begin to explore your goals. Confidentiality, scheduling, and payment will be discussed. Sessions are held for 55 minutes.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! I am in network with the following insurances:

Aetna, Allied Benefit Systems - Aetna, Christian Brothers Services - Aetna, Health Scope - Aetna, Meritain, Nippon, Trustmark Health Benefits - Aetna, Trustmark Small Business Benefits - Aetna

If you have another insurance and would like to submit for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits, I will provide documentation including a superbill and proof of payment.
