Talk Therapy
“It's easy to be a naive idealist. It's easy to be a cynical realist. It's quite another thing to have no illusions and still hold the inner flame.”
― Marie-Louise von Franz
I offer individual talk therapy for adults. I work with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, uncertainty, grief, relationships, career goals, identity questions, and life transitions. Sessions are held weekly or twice weekly in the Prospect Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY.
